1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Demda Sun Energy space and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Membership and access
Access plans (Day Pass, Hot Desk, Studio) are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Access is activated once your membership is confirmed and payment is received.
3. Bookings
You may book one desk per day through your account. Please cancel bookings you no longer need so other members can use the space. We may adjust availability for maintenance or events.
4. Conduct
We ask members to respect the space, the community and our team. We may suspend access for behaviour that disrupts others or damages the premises.
5. Payments and refunds
Fees are charged according to your chosen plan. Day Passes are non-refundable once used. Membership terms, renewals and cancellations are arranged with our team.
6. Changes and contact
